NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Brooklyn smoke shop was robbed and an employee assaulted last month and the NYPD is searching for the trio of men they say are responsible.
The robbery happened on Oct. 14 around 8:45 p.m. inside of a smoke shop on 809 Ashford St. in East New York, police said.
Three men entered the store and pushed a 49-year-old employee to the ground before stealing about $600, some pre-rolled marijuana joints and some vapes, authorities said.
The trio then fled the scene with the goods. The employee refused medical attention at the scene, according to officials.
