
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for a trio of suspects accused of firing a gun at an employee during an attempted robbery in Brooklyn last week, authorities said.
It was reported to police that on Friday, July 28, 2023 at approximately 1:15 a.m., three suspects entered a commercial establishment located at 1490 Fulton St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
According to police, one of the suspects displayed a firearm and discharged in the direction of an 18-year-old employee.
The employee was able to flee to safety and was not struck by gunfire.
There was another 18-year-old male patron present in the store at the time of the incident who was unharmed.
All three suspects fled the location southbound on Kingston Avenue on foot.
No property was taken from the location and no injuries were reported as a result, only property damage, officials said.
