NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Up to 20 people fled the scene of a deadly stabbing at a Queens park on Thursday night, sources said.
A yet-identified male was killed in the stabbing at Little Bay Park in Whitestone around 8:30 p.m., according to police.
The victim was stabbed in the back during a dispute with the stabber, who remains at large, police said.
Police and EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, where he died.
He hasn’t yet been identified, but police believe he’s between 17 and 30 years old.
According to sources, up to 20 people—most of them teens—fled the stabbing, some of them riding mopeds.
No arrests had been reported as of Friday.
