NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released photos of a man wanted for punching and slashing a victim in a Queens street robbery last month, authorities said Wednesday.
It happened at approximately 12:22 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, when a 37-year-old man was in the vicinity of Alstyne Avenue and 102nd Street in Flushing, officials said.
According to police, a the suspect approached and demanded money from the man then punched him in the face and a physical altercation ensued.

The suspect displayed a knife, slashed the victim in the left hand, and forcibly took the victim's wallet, which contained approximately $220 before fleeing the location on foot, traveling southbound on 102nd Street, cops said.
The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention.
The suspect is believed to be approximately 30 years old. He was last seen wearing a Yankees hat, white sneakers, black pants, and a navy-blue jacket.
