Victims tased and shot, robbed of $4,150 in Brooklyn home invasion

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released a photo of a second suspect wanted in a home invasion robbery that occurred last week in Brooklyn.

At approximately 12:41 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 2, two suspects entered a home located at 712 52nd St. in Sunset Park where they displayed weapons and demanded money, officials said.

One suspect used a taser on a 53-year-old man and the second suspect allegedly discharged a firearm multiple times at a 41-year-old man, striking him in the shoulder and leg.

The suspects took approximately $4,150 from the location and fled on foot to parts unknown.

EMS transported both victims to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.

Following an investigation, police arrested Chaoxin Tan, 21, of Massachusetts
at 11:45 a.m. later that day, authorities said.

His charges include attempted murder, robbery, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon.

The suspect sought is described was last seen wearing a black bubble coat, black pants, and dark colored sneakers.
