The video shows the incident, which happened Thursday evening near West 40th Street and 11th Avenue as the agents tried to stop the vehicle — which had Florida plates.
The driver and passengers, ages 24 and 17, according to the New York Post, took off after fists and kicks flew outside the vehicle.
Later on, the duo was taken in by Port Authority police, but charges were pending as of Friday, according to The Post.
The agents were reportedly hospitalized.
