NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Two men threatened an employee with a knife as they ransacked a Christian Louboutin boutique in the West Village this week of more than $10,000 in handbags, police said Thursday as they released video of the midday robbery.
The duo burst into the shop at Horatio and Greenwich streets just before 1:15 p.m. Tuesday and threatened an employee with a knife, according to police.
The two men then went through the store hastily grabbing bags from shelves, video shows.
The thieves made off with six handbags valued at $10,420, according to police.
The two suspects split up after fleeing the boutique, with one going eastbound down Horatio Street and the other going westbound, police said.

No injuries were reported in the robbery.
Police believe one of the men is between 35 and 45 years old and that the other is between 20 and 30 years old.
