NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man landed in the hospital after he was stabbed and beaten on a busy street corner in Brooklyn last week, police said Thursday as they released video of two men they're searching for in the daylight assault.
The 40-year-old victim was attacked at Rockaway Parkway and Glenwood Road in Canarsie around 5:30 p.m. last Thursday, according to police.
Two men got into an argument with the man before one of them whipped out a knife and then head-butted him, police said.
The victim started throwing punches at the men but slipped and fell to the sidewalk, according to police.

The duo then punched, kicked and stabbed the victim repeatedly as he was on the pavement, police said and video shows.
The victim suffered stab wounds to his back and was transported to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition.
Police said his assailants fled the area on foot.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
