NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- New video shows a man trying to take back his van from two robbers as they drove away on a Queens street, police said.
Police said the events unfolded on 168-12 Hillside Avenue on Aug. 13 just before noon.
A 43-year-old man was unloading things from his vehicle when two men jumped in and tried driving away, authorities said.
Video shows the vehicle's owner chasing them down and getting back in through the back doors.
But police said he was thwarted when the two men struck him with plastic containers and forced him from the vehicle. The men then drove away, according to the NYPD.

The first is a light-skinned man with glasses last seen wearing a white shirt, yellow shorts and black sneakers.
The second is a dark-skinned man who was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, black shirt, black shorts and black sneakers.
