NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The NYPD is searching for a bandana-clad man seen on video robbing a Queens bakery wielding a rifle.

Police released video Thursday showing the suspect brandishing the long gun—while donning the bandana and two pairs of sunglasses—inside the Paneorama Italian Bakery in Woodhaven on Sept. 23.

A surveillance camera captured him walking into the bakery at 95-20 Jamaica Ave. around 8 p.m. and waving the rifle around while demanding cash near a display case of braided bread.

But police said he “quickly fled” the business emptyhanded through a rear door and hopped into a dark-colored SUV.
