NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- New video shows two men who broke into a man's Brooklyn apartment, beat the victim and stole thousands of dollars worth of his possessions, police said Thursday.
On Sunday, Nov. 14 at 8:30 p.m., two males checked multiple apartment doors inside a multi-unit residential building near Moore and Bogart streets in East Williamsburg, police said.
According to authorities, they eventually found an unlocked door and entered the unit, where they encountered a 23-year-old man.
The suspects threatened the 23-year-old, and demanded items from him in a room-by-room search, cops said.
One of the suspects then struck the victim in the head with a clothing iron, and both punched him in the head and body, according to NYPD officials.

The suspects ended up taking a Mac laptop, a Microsoft Surface laptop, a PlayStation 5, an Xbox 360, an Android phone and an iPad, which combined were worth $2,950, police said.
Cops said the suspects fled out of the building and into the Morgan Avenue L train station.
The victim was treated by EMS for a head laceration, a facial bruise and general body pain.
The NYPD released photos and video of the suspects, including the moment they made their way inside the building and inside the victim's apartment.
