NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A robber riding around on a bike with butterflies on it stole a young girl's phone and injured her hand in Queens, police said.
On Wednesday at about 8 a.m., a 10-year-old girl was walking to school near 102-2 34th Avenue in North Corona when a male approached on a bicycle, police said.
According to cops, the suspect forcibly removed the girl's phone and fled the scene on a bike that's described as pink and white with butterflies on it.

The suspect fled southbound on 102nd Street, according to police.
The girl suffered hand pain and was treated by her school nurse.
Videos and photos of the suspect in question were released by police.
