NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 23-year-old woman was struck and killed by a motorcyclist in Queens early Friday morning, the NYPD confirmed.
It happened at 2:20 a.m. on the corner of Woodhaven Boulevard and Myrtle Avenue near Forest Park in Woodhaven.
According to officials, the woman was crossing the street when she was struck by a 34-year- old riding a Yamaha motorcycle.
The woman was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where she died.
The motorcyclist remained at the scene. So far, no charges have been filed and an investigation remains ongoing.
