NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Authorities are investigating after a 29-year-old woman is in critical condition when she suffered a gunshot wound to the neck Sunday night in Brooklyn, officials said.
According to police, at around 8:15 p.m., the victim was discovered with a shot to the neck near 715 Dumont Ave. in East New York.
She was taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
It is unclear what led to the shooting and no arrests have been made
The investigation is ongoing.
