NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A woman was robbed and sexually assaulted at a Brooklyn business this week, police said Wednesday as they released images of a suspect.
The 50-year-old woman was inside a store at Myrtle and Lewis avenues in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 12:50 a.m. Sunday when her attacker came in and made sexual advances to her, police said.
He attacked and sexually assaulted her when she declined his advances, according to cops.
He then stole jewelry, credit cards, a cellphone and $300 in cash before fleeing the scene, police said.
The victim was transported by private means to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, where she was listed in stable condition.
