NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A woman who was found dead alongside a man from a possible murder-suicide in an East Flatbush home on Friday was a former NYPD officer, multiple outlets reported.

The NYPD confirmed that a woman and man were found with gunshot wounds to their heads on Beverley Road near East 48th Street around 1:52 p.m., but did not identify the victims.

The New York Daily News named retired officer Petlyn Job and her boyfriend Alex Delone, citing anonymous police sources.

The Daily News claimed Job was 49 years old and Delone was 56, though the police report indicated the man who died in the shooting was 52.

The New York Post also cited anonymous police sources in reporting that a former NYPD officer killed her boyfriend and then herself, but didn’t publish their identities.

The police report indicated the woman suffered a gunshot wound under her jaw, while the man took a bullet to the head.

Before her retirement, Job reportedly worked in the 84th Precinct, which covers downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo and Boerum Hill. She retired in 2021, her former partner told the Daily News.

She reportedly leaves behind a 24-year-old son, a 20-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old daughter.
