NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A woman was found dead with her throat slit in her Staten Island home on Tuesday night, police said.
Officers responding to a 911 call about an unconscious woman at an apartment on Montgomery Avenue, near Fort Place, in Brighton Heights discovered Natasha Colon, 38, with a laceration to her throat.
EMS rushed Colon to Richmond University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing, according to police, who have not ruled Colon's death a homicide pending a medical examiner's autopsy.
