Woman grazed in forehead by stray bullet in Brooklyn

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating after an innocent bystander was grazed by a stray bullet Tuesday night in Brooklyn, authorities said.

At approximately 9 p.m. a 59-year-old woman was grazed in the forehead in front of a residence on East 29th Street near Avenue D in Flatbush.

The woman was taken to an area hospital and is expected to be OK.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
