NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A 37-year-old woman was shot by a stray bullet that went through her window while she was lying in bed at her Brooklyn apartment early Thursday.

The bullet went through her window, striking her left hand in her first-floor apartment on Troy Avenue, near Dean Street, in Crown Heights around 1:30 a.m.

She was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.

No arrests have been made as police investigate.
