NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Thursday released a photo of a man wanted for punching a woman in the face in an unprovoked attack at the Yankee Stadium subway station last week.
It happened at approximately 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, while onboard a northbound D train approaching the 161 Street-Yankee Stadium subway station,officials said.
According to officials, a 36-year-old woman was approached the suspect who then punched numerous times in the face before fleeing on foot to parts unknown.
The woman detrained at the 161 Street Yankee-Stadium subway station and refused medical treatment on scene.
