NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police said Thursday that they’re searching for a woman who punched, kicked and choked another woman at a subway station in Queens last week.

The NYPD released images of the suspect in the broad daylight attack in Astoria on the morning of Jan. 13.

According to police, the 49-year-old victim was leaving the station at 9:45 a.m. when her attacker approached from behind and pushed her.

The assailant then punched and choked her before pushing her to the ground and kicking her head, police said.

There’s no indication the two women were in an altercation before the assault.

The victim suffered minor injuries, police said. EMS transported her to Mount Sinai Queens in stable condition.
