NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A woman repeatedly stabbed a 60-year-old man aboard a 1 train in Manhattan last weekend, police said.
The NYPD released an image of the suspect Sunday after the attack last Sunday in midtown.
The victim was riding aboard a northbound 1 train around 4:30 p.m. when the woman stabbed him multiple times in the back with a sharp object, according to police.
The woman then told the man "God bless you. Stay safe," according to the New York Post.
The man and woman both got off the train at the 34th Street–Penn Station stop, police said.
The victim sought medical attention for his injuries the following day, according to police.
