NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police released a photo of a group of five suspects wanted for robbing a woman near Columbia University last month.
It happened at approximately 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15, in the vicinity of Morningside Drive and West 120th Street Morningside Heights, authorities said.
According to officials, a 39-year-old woman was approached and surrounded by the crew. One suspect then displayed a knife and stole her AirPods, a black book bag, a USB drive and her identification.
The group then fled on foot, traveling eastbound inside of Morningside Park to parts unknown.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
