NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials are looking to identify a woman wanted in a violent attempted robbery at a Bronx fried chicken joint last month.
Just before 6 p.m. on Dec. 12, a 34-year-old woman was inside a Kennedy's Fried Chicken located at 297 East 170th St. in Claremont, when the suspect approached the victim and forcibly attempted to remove money from her hand as she was about to purchase food.
The woman then punched the victim repeatedly in the head, face and hand before fleeing on foot to parts unknown.

The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
The suspect was last seen wearing a dark green jacket, beige scarf and black pants.
