NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Two women pushed a 62-year-old man to the ground before kicking, macing and robbing him on a Brooklyn street, police said Saturday as they released surveillance images of the suspects.
The man was at the corner of Chester Street and Riverdale Avenue in Brownsville on the evening of May 11 when he was approached by the two women, police said.
The women pushed him to the ground and then kicked and maced him, according to police.
The women stole $2,000 in cash from him before fleeing, police said.
The man was taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition with lacerations and swelling to his face. He has since been released.
