SICKLERVILLE, N.J. (WCBS 880 ) -- A 34-year-old man died after he rear-ended a garbage truck with his vehicle Tuesday evening in New Jersey, authorities said.
According to a police statement, just before 7 p.m., Frank W. Cavender IV was driving on Johnson Road in the Sicklerville section of Gloucester Township when he crashed into the back of the stopped truck.
Officials said two employees were loading the truck with trash when one of them pushed the other out of the way before the crash occurred.
Neither worker was injured in the incident, authorities said.
Cavender was transported to a local hospital where he succumed to his injuries.
