HACKENSACK, N..J (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A 76-year-old was charged with sexually assaulting a child in New Jersey, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Phillip Porter was charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said.
He is accused of rubbing the child's breasts and vagina and putting his penis in her mouth, according to a complaint filed.
Special Victims Unit detectives arrested Porter on Monday, March 25, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Porter is being held in the Bergen County Jail until his first court appearance.
