SHIRLEY, N.Y. (1010 WINS) — A homeless man was arrested at a Queens carwash on Thursday after he allegedly beat his girlfriend to death outside a Suffolk County entertainment complex, police said.

Oscar Morocho-Morocho, 31, was charged with first-degree manslaughter for the May 7 killing of 34-year-old Ruth Marisel Parra-Martinez, who was also homeless.

Morocho-Morocho punched and kicked Parra-Martinez "repeatedly over a period of time" around 10:30 p.m. in front of 30 The Green, a Shirley entertainment complex with a bowling alley, arcade, bar and skating rink, police said.

He then allegedly called 911 to report that she had died.

Morocho-Morocho was arrested Thursday afternoon in front of a carwash on Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica.

He was due to be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Central Islip.
