JERSEY CITY, N.J. (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A 20-year-old man was arrested on multiple firearms offenses for allegedly selling a firearm to an undercover officer twice.
Emerson Deline, was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon and two counts of unlawful disposition of a firearm, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said.
During the investigation, Deline sold a handgun to an undercover police officer on Jan. 4, and again on Jan. 12.
Deline was arrested on Thursday, March 28, on Grand Street in Jersey City by members of the Narcotics Task Force.
