NEWARK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — An unidentified man's body was found inside a dumpster in Newark, New Jersey, on Thursday, police said.
Officers received a call around 5:19 p.m. reporting that a man's body was found dead inside of a dumpster on the 600 block of Clinton Avenue, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.
A pending autopsy will determine his cause of death.
Authorities did not release the victim’s name.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is active and ongoing.
