WATERFORD, Conn. (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man who allegedly stole a wallet from someone at a Connecticut store then spent thousands of dollars at another.
According to officials, on November 23 around 2 p.m., a person had their wallet stolen while shopping at a Target store located in Waterford.
Investigators later determined that credit cards from that wallet were later used at a Best Buy store across the street to purchase items totaling $3,188.37.
Waterford authorities released a photo of the person who used the credit cards on their Facebook page. They are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect.
