NAUATUCK, Conn. (1010 WINS) — Naugatuck police released photos of a man they are looking to identify for theft at a Connecticut coin show earlier this week.

According to a complainant, at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 28, the suspect was present at the event at the American Legion located at 21 Cedar St. for about 10 minutes.


The man purchased a silver coin, but during the transaction, he also took a gold coin, identified as a PGA Gold 1.5oz Coin, without paying for it.

The gold coin has an approximate value of $3,900, officials said.
