According to Fox 13, citing police sources, the musician was gunned down at an area bake shop.

The rapper entered the store a vehicle pulled up to the front and someone within the vehicle began firing at the front window, Fox 13 reported.

The rapper, whose real name is Adolph Robert Thornton, Jr., was the only person struck, and law enforcement sources told Fox 13 that he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Thornton's car remains at the scene, alongside an increased police presence. The suspect behind the shooting has not yet been identified.

This isn't the first time the rapper has been the target of a shooting, as he was previously shot outside of a California record store in 2017. After being hospitalized for two weeks, he ultimately recovered.

The Chicago-born Thornton leaves behind two young children.
