Let's get the first question out of the way by answering it. We don't know if bear will be on the menu, but it's a safe assumption the answer is no. However, we do know that Health and Human Services Director Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is starting a cooking show.

RFK Jr. is launching a new cooking series called "The Real Food Show" to promote healthy eating habits among Americans. Interested? The show will be broadcast online here.

Episodes will feature recipes with fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, and yogurt, emphasizing affordable and nutritious meals. Kennedy, the son of one of America's most politically rich and connected families, says he aims to reintroduce cooking as a cost-effective and healthier alternative to fast food.

“When we published the dietary guidelines, there was immediately sort of a good reaction, but also a little trepidation from the public and from critics saying that this food is a lot more expensive than the ultra-processed food that we've been eating,” Kennedy said to USA Today. “And that's not true."

Overall, he says he wants to highlight the importance of family meals and connection through food preparation.

Has he ever stepped foot in a kitchen? The husband of Hollywood celebrity Cheryl Hines says he has. In fact, he says he cooks two meals a day, usually eggs, bacon, cheeseburgers and hamburgers. He concedes, though, that his wife cooks for company.

RFK Jr. has created a slew of wacky headlines over his antics, from working out in jeans with Kid Rock to big game hunting, admitting he left a dead bear cub in Central Park, cutting the penis out of a dead raccoon, and discovering he had a dead parasite in his brain.

Now, add celebrity chef to the mix. His new TV program will showcase celebrity chefs and focus on preparing meals for less than $5 per serving, aligning with the new Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

Additionally, Kennedy's Make America Healthy Again movement seeks to combat childhood diseases by reducing environmental toxins and promoting real food consumption.

The first episode will have him cooking Crispy Salmon Cakes with Apple, White Bean & Green Salad.
