NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A teen who was found with a van full of weapons earlier this year plotted to assassinate Democratic nominee Joe Biden, federal authorities allege.

Alexander Treisman was first arrested back in May after police searching his abandoned van outside a North Carolina bank found a cache of guns and explosive material, according to a federal court filing.

A following investigation by authorities revealed he had child pornography on his devices, the court filing alleged. Treisman pleaded not guilty to related pornography charges at his arraignment earlier this month.

But federal investigators also uncovered evidence that the 19-year-old was plotting to assassinate Biden, according to the filing.

Authorities allege the teen posted a meme in April with the question, "should I kill Joe Biden?" and that he also searched for the former vice president's home address.

Treisman also allegedly traveled to within four miles of Biden's home and "wrote a checklist note ending with 'execute,'" the filing alleged.

It's unclear if the teen, who is being held without bail, will face charges related to the alleged weapons or threats. He has no previous criminal history, according to the filing.
