NORRISTOWN, Pa. (1010 WINS) — A 26-year-old New Jersey man was arrested on felony child porn charges after he asked two random girls, ages 11 and 12, to send him nude photos he first met on TikTok, Pennsylvania officials said Tuesday.

The Montgomery County Detective Bureau said it was contacted on April 20 by the victims' father, alleging Ryan Corcoran solicited the girls to send naked photos via text message after initially contacting them through the app's direct messenger.

The interaction between the Pennsylvania girls and Corcoran began on April 17 and lasted until April 20, when one of the girls disclosed to her father that she had sent a naked picture of herself to Corcoran, according to the district attorney's office.

When the girls received texts from an unknown number, Corcoran allegedly pretended to be the original texter's 14-year-old sister, but it was actually the Andover man in both cases.

Officials said both girls were sent naked photos and were solicited to provide naked photos of themselves.

Investigators traced both phone numbers to Ad Hoc Labs, which provides a service to conceal a real phone number. A subpoena was granted to obtain the user data related to the phone number originally used to set up the account.

Corcoran's phone number was then linked to the corresponding IP address for the computer used to access a Verizon wireless business account registered to Ryan's father, Michael Corcoran.

A search warrant was served on the home, and Ryan Corcoran confirmed to detectives that the cellphone number was his, officials said.

A download of the defendant’s cellphone found both girls’ phone numbers stored as contacts as well as the original naked image sent by one of the girls. A review of the phone also found the text messages between Ryan Corcoran and the girls.

"This defendant was reaching out to random young girls on a social media platform and soliciting them to take photos of themselves in sexually explicit poses, clearly creating child pornographic images," Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele said in a statement. “This is another example that there are predators out there on the internet trying to take advantage of young innocent children. Parents need to be ever-vigilant to protect their children from these predators."

Corcoran was charged with child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and criminal use of a communications facility.

He was arraigned on June 13 and is due back in court on Monday after posting a $50,000 bail.
