NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Two people were stabbed, one fatally, and shots were fired when a fight broke out at a Rockland County Restaurant Saturday night, officials said.
At approximately 10:50 p.m., the Orangetown Police Department responded to a report of shots fired outside the Oiso Restaurant along Route 303 in Blauvelt.
Police also received a report of two stabbing victims that went to the hospital at around the same time.
An investigation determined that a large fight that occurred inside the restaurant led up to the stabbings where 30-year-old Caneggio Grant, died from injuries sustained in the incident, according to police.
Several shots were fired as people were fleeing the restaurant, authorities said.
No injuries were reported from the shots fired and an investigation remains ongoing.
