
NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A Bronx man was arrested for multiple burglaries that occurred within the span of four months in Nassau County, authorities said Friday.
According to detectives, a loss prevention officer observed a man in Home Depot located at 86 Jericho Turnpike in Jericho, who was responsible for multiple burglaries and larcenies at various Home Depot locations on multiple dates between Jan. 1 through April 11.
Francis Rivera, 36, a Bronx resident, allegedly stole merchandise exceeding $12,000 dollars.
An employee located Rivera and he was placed into custody.
Rivera is charged with five counts of burglary, five counts of grand larceny and criminal trespassing. He will be arraigned on Friday.
