Wibben pleaded not guilty at Suffolk County Court on Tuesday and was released on his recognizance, according to Newsday.

According to the incident reports, Wibben was driving his SUV heading southbound on Route 112 in Suffolk County when he allegedly struck a male pedestrian as he was crossing.
