
ISLANDIA, N.Y. (1010 WINS) — Suffolk County Police arrested a man on Thursday for public lewdness at a Long Island Walmart store.
According to detectives, at about 4:37 p.m., 20-year-old Daniel Peralta of Central Islip, was performing a lewd act while walking in aisles in Walmart located at 1850 Veterans Memorial Highway in Islandia.
He was detained by Walmart security who called police, officials said.
Peralta was arrested and charged with public lewdness. He was held overnight for arraignment on Sept. 6.
