WESTBURY, N.Y (1010 WINS/WCS 880) -- A man accused of sexually assaulting a girl on Long Island in February was arrested, Nassau County police said Friday.
According to detectives, at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 26, Stephen Vickers-Griffiths, 35, sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl.
Vickers-Griffiths was at the Pines Motor Lodge located 101 Taylor Ave. on Feb. 27 in Westbury when placed into police custody without incident.
Vickers-Griffith was charged with rape, criminal sexual act, attempted criminal sexual act.
