BRENTWOOD, N.Y. (1010 WINS) -- Suffolk County police are investigating a stabbing that occurred during a home burglary Monday afternoon on Long Island.
At approximately 12:40 p.m. two men entered a home on Grand Boulevard in Brentwood where at least one of them stabbed a man inside, officials said.
The suspects fled in a U-Haul, authorities said.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
There were multiple people inside the home at the time of the burglary and no items were taken, police said.
