ALBANY, N.Y. (WCBS 880) — An Albany man turned to the skies to say "see ya" to disgraced Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

A plane carrying a banner reading "GOODBYE GOVERNOR BAD TOUCH! YOUR FRIEND BRIAN" flew over the Executive Mansion in the state Capitol on Wednesday afternoon as Lt. Gov. and incoming Gov. Kathy Hochul gave her first press conference following Cuomo's resignation announcement.

The stunt was the work of 50-year-old gun store owner Brian Olesen, who hasn't been shy about letting the outgoing-governor know exactly how he feels about him.

He previously rented out an electronic billboard along Interstate 787 that has been updated several times in recent months to read "Impeach!" "Resign Now!" "LIAR" and "PIG" as the nursing home and sexual harassment scandals unraveled.

Olesen told the New York Post that he thinks Cuomo is "a disgusting human being" and "an embarrassment" to the state.

"Between the senior citizens and the 11 women he harassed that we know of, this man will go down as the worst political servant we've ever seen in my lifetime," he said, adding that he believes Cuomo should seek counseling and leave the country.

Cuomo announced his resignation on Tuesday after the state attorney general issued a report finding that he sexually harassed 11 women. He will officially leave office Aug. 24.

Hochul will take over, becoming the first female and 57th governor of New York.
