The incident happened around 10:35 p.m. when police say they received a call about a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Arden Avenue and Arthur Kill Road.

Police arrived at the scene and found Graziano’s 2020 Nissan Murano had collided with an unoccupied black Jeep after she lost control of her car. No injuries occurred from the accident.

An NYPD spokesperson told The Staten Island Advance that Graziano appeared intoxicated at the scene but it was not yet clear whether she would be arraigned as results of a blood test for prescription drugs was pending.

Graziano gained popularity for her time on the VH1 series ‘Mob Wives’ which ran for six seasons and followed women from notorious crime families on Staten Island. Graziano is well connected to the mob as the daughter of well-known mobster Anthony Graziano and the ex-wife of another mobster Hector Pagan Jr.

The reality star has previously shared her struggles with addiction and publicly opening up about her stints in rehab in 2018.
