NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- Temps won't be bone-chilling this Halloween, but trick-or-treaters and Village parade revelers should pack an umbrella, as more than just darkness is expected to fall on New York City on Monday night.
Steadier rain should move into the five boroughs after 8 p.m., but there's still a chance of spotty showers beginning in the evening as clouds push in, according to AccuWeather.
Trick-or-Streets—when nearly 100 Open Streets will be activated citywide for trick-or-treaters—runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The annual Village Halloween Parade kicks off at 7 p.m.

Temps will be in the low-to-mid 60s Monday evening before dropping to the 50s overnight.
A couple of showers will stick around for Tuesday, when it will be unseasonably warm to start November. The high will be 68.

Highs should reach a balmy 70 on Wednesday under mostly sunny skies.
The mild weather will continue Thursday and Friday as temps linger in the mid 60s.
