NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — Wrong ballpark.
Fans were escorted out of Citi Field Tuesday night after they unfurled a sign boosting Andrew Giuliani for governor to boos and jeers from the crowds, according to a video posted by ScooterCasterNY.
“New York Giuliani Governor 2022" read the sheet that briefly hung on the top deck near the stadium's left-field foul pole. The Bronx cheers that ensued in Queens were miles away from Rudy Giuliani's preferred ballfield, Yankee Stadium.
Fans shouted "look at these losers!" and "You suck!" before the Giuliani supports were apporached by stadium security during the nosediving Mets' 8-0 blowout loss to San Fransisco.

"Giuliani is going to win mayor—uh, governor," one of the sign-holders told the camera as he left the stadium.
"Proud Boys, baby," he added, touting the right-wing extremist group whose leader was sentenced to jail this week for burning a Black Lives Matter flag taken from an historic Washington, DC, church.
Rudy's 35-year-old son, Andrew, is currently on a long-shot bid to oust eat Gov. Kathy Hochul next year, having to rise above more established Republican politicians eyeing the GOP nomination.
