The Bird is the word, and for our Bird, Ian Eagle, that word is “body-ody-ody.”
Yes, if you missed it over the weekend, Ian was doing play-by-play for the Texas Southern-Michigan game, and noted that Megan Thee Stallion is one of the notable alumni of TSU – and then ended up dropping that lyric from her song “Body” shortly after:
“If she could send a message to the team, it would be that if they’re going to rebound, they’ve got to use their body-ody-ody, ody-ody-ody,” Eagle deadpanned in his manner.
A SAVAGE drop, one that Jerry had to drop the audio of, and it became Moment of the Day.
“He’s trying so hard to be cool, but he’s a square,” Boomer said. “I’ve worked with him, I know!”
“Have you actually heard that song?” Gio asked. “She says that over and over and over, and it goes on and on and on.”
Gio then apparently tried to set a world record for saying “ody-ody-ody” until he was thankfully cut off…but alas, check out today’s Boomer and Gio Moment of the Day brought to you by Casamigos Tequila below, and check out more on-demand audio from WFAN's morning show!
