An anonymous players poll conducted by The Athletic made it clear that NFL players see MetLife Stadium as the worst place to play in the league.
That didn’t come as a surprise to BT and Sal.
“It’s the most antiseptic, generally lifeless joint,” BT said. “That’s not exactly breaking news. It’s atrocious.”
BT noted that the Jets can leave the stadium after next year, as they do have an opt out, and suggested a move back to Queens. Regardless, their current home seems to be universally seen as a flop.
“The stadium was a total whiff,” Sal said. “Here we are, years later, it’s confirmed…fix the turf, at least.”
