Zack Scott has found his next chapter in sports.

The former Mets general manager, who was not brought back for the 2022 season after a DWI arrest in last summer, announced on Thursday that he has launched a consulting service for sports organizations, providing “insights into building winners.”

The company is named Four Rings Sport Solutions.

“I’m Zack Scott, and after nearly 20 years in baseball and four World Series Championships, I started Four Rings to help sports organizations achieve their ultimate goal of winning it all,” Scott said in a statement posted to a new Twitter account dedicated to the company.

“We aim to build sporting operations that drive innovation and sustain success. We help organizations across all sports implement data and technology strategies, optimize infrastructures and systems, hire top-notch talent, and create a high-performance culture yielding measurable results.”

Scott was New York’s interim GM after Jared Porter was fired following a report that he sent inappropriate texts and images to a female reporter in 2016. Mets team president Sandy Alderson reportedly considered removing the interim tag from Scott, but ultimately hired Billy Eppler. Scott was acquitted for his DWI charge in January.
