The Giants appear to be getting healthy at just the right time before Sunday’s playoff battle in Minnesota, as Brian Daboll is hopeful that Adoree’ Jackson will be ready to go after missing the last two months with a knee injury.

“He did good,” Daboll said of Jackson’s practice on Thursday. “We’ll get him another day out here, and hopefully it’s moving in the right direction.”

Jackson was limited in practice for the past two days, but the cornerback seems to be on an optimistic track to make his first appearance since suffering his knee injury against the Lions on Nov. 20. And what a time to make that return, as Justin Jefferson and the Vikings await.

“I hope so,” Daboll said when asked if Jackson will be cleared to play on Sunday. “Yeah.”

As for Evan Neal, who suddenly appeared on the injury report on Thursday, Daboll didn’t sound too concerned for his offensive lineman despite his ankle injury.

“He’ll be alright,” Daboll said.
